Pelatihan Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan quisioner. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 pegawai Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung. Hasil pengujian pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap efektivitas kerja dapat ditunjukkan dengan nilai R square adalah 0,712 atau sebesar 71,2 persen sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,8 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini berarti Pelatihan memiliki kontribusi dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Lampung .

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the work effectiveness of Civil Registry Employees and the Population Service of Lampung Province. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. Data collection methods used in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. The sample used in this study were 39 employees of the Lampung Province Population and Civil Registry Service. The results of testing the effect of training on work effectiveness can be shown by the value of R square is  0.712 or 71.2 percen while the remaining 28.8 percen is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This means that training has a significant contribution and influence on the work effectiveness of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Lampung Province.
