Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Perum Damri Cabang Palembang

Abstract


Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disipln kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada perum Damri Cabang Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi serta menggunakan literatur dari berbagai media. Sedangkan teknik analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis deksriptif. Menuntukan jumlah kuesioner yang disebar menggunakan rumus sovlin berdasarkan jumlah pegawai Perum Damri Palembang sebanyakn 80 orang yang didapati sampel sebanyak 44 orang dana berhasil dikembalikan datanya berjumlah 39 sampel yang dapat diolah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Perum Damri Palembang.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Palembang branch of the Damri Public Corporation. This research uses quantitative research methods. Collecting research data using questionnaire techniques and documentation studies and using literature from various media. While the analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques. Determine the number of questionnaires distributed using the sovlin formula based on the number of employees of Perum Damri Palembang as many as 80 people who obtained a sample of 44 people and successfully returned the data totaling 39 samples that can be processed. Based on the results of the research analysis, it shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Perum Damri Palembang Office.
