PENGARUH SELF-ESTEEM, KEPERCAYAAN, DAN NARSISME TERHADAP PERILAKU INDIVIDU DALAM BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN DI FACEBOOK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-esteem, kepercayaan, dan narsisme terhadap perilaku individu dalam berbagi pengetahuan di facebook, serta menguji pengaruh jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap perilaku individu dalam berbagi pengetahuan di facebook sebagai variabel kontrol. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode observasi. Penelitian ini fokus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku individu dalam berbagi pengetahuan di level individu. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 98 responden yang bekerja di bank yang tergabung dalam akun facebook peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem berpengaruh positif signifikan terhad ap perilaku individu dalam berbagi pengetahuan di facebook. Selanjutnya, Pengujian pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Terakhir, pengujian regresi berganda atas pengaruh narsisme terhadap berbagi pengetahuan menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan.
