KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TOOLS DALAM MENDUKUNG INOVASI DAN DAYA SAING ORGANISASI DI ERA NEW NORMAL
Abstract
Knowledge Management merupakan aset perusahaan dalam upaya menciptakan inovasi dan meningkatkan daya saing organisasi. Upaya tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai perangkat alat manajemen pengetahuan baik yang memanfaatkan IT maupun sebaliknya. Community of Practise (CoP) dan blog merupakan dua perangkat manajemen pengetahuan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi dalam menciptakan inovasi dan daya saing. Inovasi dan daya saing organisasi dapat dihasilkan melalui penggabungan eksternal dan internal knowledge dengan melalui kolaborasi dan pemanfaatan CoP maupun blog. Namun demikian, pada kondisi pandemi dan pemberlakuan new normal, penggunaan CoP harus menyesuaikan berbagai protokol keselamatan yang ada. Disisi lain pemanfaatan blog dapat membantu CoP dalam menghasilkan pengetahuan baru bagi organisasi.
