Issues and trends in the field of management and business that are published in this journal are expected to contribute to improving the quality of science and be able to contribute ideas in solving problems and challenges in the future. Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen Saburai (JIMS) with registered number p-ISSN: 2774-7026 (print), e-ISSN: 2621-7937 (online) published by Management Postgraduate Program, Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University which is published twice a year, April and Oktober.

Every manuscript submitted to Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen Saburai (JIMS) is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "double-blind review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.
