PEER INTERACTION AS ONE OF ORAL TEST

ABSTRACT

One form of oral tests is Peer Interaction. This is the form of interaction with peers or classmates in which students (testee) asked by the examiners (tester) to discuss a topic or planning activities and so on. In this form, the students(testee) are active, whereas the examiner (tester) is as a facilitator (also as a moderator) or as observer. Oral test in the form of Peer Interaction is suitable to be implemented especially to know the students (testee)with high capability. This test is very accurate and suitable for measuring student(testee) language proficiency in component of speech.
